Extract Systems In Commercial Kitchens
A particularly large scale project carried out by the company was Tai Wu restaurant, in Manchester. While the kitchens were located within the ground floor & basement, all plant equipment was situated at the 9th floor roof level. The project faced challenges regarding velocities and pressure drops due to very large volumes of air moving through the large scale canopies required for a busy oriental kitchen. However the system performed very well, benefitting from regular scheduled maintenance during night time close downs.
